Warranty Type

  • In the event of malfunction or faulty products, you have 30 days after receiving the product for a refund or replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once we have received the product and confirmed that the fault was due to manufacturing, the warranty process for replacement or refund will begin.

Restocking Fees and Associated Costs

  • No restocking fees will apply to stocked items.
  • For non-stocked or special orders, there is a 30% restocking fee.

Warranty Duration

  • The warranty duration will depend on the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard processing time of up to 3 days before your product is shipped.
  • For regional or remote locations, or islands off mainland Australia, please note that shipping restrictions may apply for selected items.
  • International shipping is not available.
